Insurance
I currently accept the following insurance: Aetna, Blue Shield, Coventry, Healthnet, Triwest, MHN, Optum and VA external services.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis, if finances are a concern for you, please inquire and we can try to find something that works for both of us.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot make it to your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session fee.
